Your class will be posted on EPSARC's website. Please be aware of the following:

 

As course coordinator – you are responsible (1) for securing a proper facility for all sessions & (2) collecting the $100 registration fee. For the field session, a field is required. In the winter, or inclement weather a large enough gym must be available. 

 

The minimum number of students is 15 and the maximum is 30-no exceptions.  EPSARC must receive the minimum registration fee (15 students) 3 weeks prior to the 1st class, if not the class will be cancelled. No instructors be will assigned until payment has been received.

 

The course coordinator is responsible for contacting the lead instructor a minimum of one week prior to the course, to determine needs for facilities and equipment. The course coordinator or designated person must be on site for the start of each session, in case of problems.

 

All students must be

(1) at least 14 years old by the end of the last class

(2) pass the Final Exam with a grade of 75 or higher.

 

In an emergency, students are permitted to miss ONE session. The student is responsible for the material. A student who missies one session may not retake the final exam. If a student misses more than one session, they will not be permitted to take the final examination and must retake the course.
