PLEASE NOTE:

1 - NEW FOR 2013 - Every person who re-certifies with USSF for 2013 and is 18 years of age or older must complete a back ground check through Sports Pilot, Inc. You will not be approved until this is completed

2 - If you went out of state for your training, your registration is held until EPSARC receives your results (hours and test score) from the state where the training was held.

3 - College Students

    a) You must have been enrolled in college as of Jan 2012.

    b) You must complete the on line test  - Click here to request link and password

    c) Prior to applying for recertification you email to registration@epsarc.org proof of enrollment (current class schedule or tuition bill)

All referees, assignors, assessors, instructors’ registered, as an EPA Official with USSF in 2012 must apply for registration for the year 2013. This includes any referee who completed the entry level training prior to June 2012.

STEPS FOR RE-CERTIFICATIONS

1 - Complete all required training, refresher tests, and if required by your grade all assessments and fitness testing.

2 - If you are 18 years old or older at the time of re-certification you must complete a background check through Sports Pilots. The cost is $6.00 and is paid by you. For a pdf of the step by step instructions down load Background Check Procedure.

3 - All re-recertification and transfers will be online through the USSF’s secured website. All payments are via credit card.

  1. The USSF card will have your Login Information.
  2. Go to https://www.ussoccer.info
  3. On the Referee page, click on the link “Click Here to register”
  4. In the USER ID & PASSWORD fields, type in the USER ID and PASSWORD supplied by USSF
    • Your USER ID is "R" + your 16 digit USSF ID number
    • Your Password is your Last Name
  5. On the top of the form is your biographical information. Review it. If there are any changes, click on the link below the box. A new pop-up window will appear and you can edit and save your changes.
  6. Scroll down to the next part of the form and select the appropriate Referee Type/Category you are registering. There should be a green checkmark next to the category you registered for last time. In most cases is should be REFEREE.
  7. Verify the “State of Registration” which will be shown in a grayed out section has EPA. If does not show EPA, you can change it by clicking on the checkbox “Change state of registration”.
  8. Next, go to the Conviction question & answer the Yes/No question. If you answer “Yes”, then you must mail the support documents to Frank Giancroce.
  9. When you have completed everything, read the Terms and Conditions. Check “I agree to the Terms and Conditions”
  10. At the bottom of the page is a list of fees including the State Administrative fee. Enter the credit card payment section.

Please remember

·       This is only for re-registration for current referees.

·       If the Grades are incorrect – stop and contact registration@epsarc.org.

·       If your name does not appear, either then you were not registered in 2012 or there is a problem with your file.

·       If you were a full time college student, you must email proof (current class schedule, tuition bill) to registration@epsarc.org.

·       USSF will mail all badges, law books and referee ID cards after State Approval.

·       If you are must pay for an annual assessment, this payment is to be made directly to EPSARC.

What happens after I complete the form?

·      Your registration will be marked "Pending State Approval". EPSARC will review for compliance to testing, training hours, and assessments. If you have all the required components, the registration is approved and marked "Pending  National Approval".

·      After USSF approves the registration, your registration will be marked "APPROVED" & USSF mails out the Badge, Law Book & Registration Card, EPSARC has not control over this!.

·      Typically it can take 4-6 weeks after USSF APPROVAL for you to receive your package.
